Mill Race is excited to announce the launch of the new Mentor Network program. The Mentor Network program is designed to give Mill Race members exclusive access to local entrepreneur and innovation experts. With the launch, Mill Race introduces the first mentor, Wade Arnold.

In 2008, Arnold launched a small technology firm, T8 Webware, based in Cedar Falls. In 2012 the company was renamed to Banno and sold to Jack Henry & Associate Inc. Banno gave Jack Henry a mobile banking platform as well as a successful website design and hosting business. Following the sale, Jack Henry renamed Banno to Profitstars. Through building T8 Webware and Banno, Wade has built a name in the financial technology world. Winning a Silicon Prairie Award in 2014, Wade was recognized as a leading regional entrepreneur. Wade believes in the startup community and philosophy that more risk gives the potential for more rewards, both financially and culturally.

Serving as a mentor for the Mill Race community, Wade will bring his expertise in financial technology to the start-ups of the Cedar Valley and Mill Race members. To schedule a consultation with Wade, please reach out to the team at Eagle View Partners.

The Mentor Network program is continually growing with expertise ranging from marketing, health technology, information technology networks, and more. As more mentors are added on, Mill Race will share these opportunities with members.
